N2  -   This CD-ROM was developed under the support of UNESCO in the framework of Cooperative European project "Enhancing Regional Development through Multipurpose Community Telecentres (MCTs) as a drop in for youth".  It covers seven (7) courses: what is a multipurpose Community Centre; Basic of computer literacy; Introduction into distance learning; Project Management; How to be an effective volunteer; How to communicate with other people; and Basics of adult learning.
