520 _a The energy consumption at the Anchorage Hotel for the twelve month periof April 1981 to March 1982 consists of: - 136,963 Kwh of electricity at cost of EC$ 62836; 6,400 1b lpg at cost of EC$ 7008.64. This is eqivalent to 606 million Btu of energy. Total energy cost was EC$ 69,844.64. When the expansion programme is completed, annual electricity consumption is expected to move up to 189,641 Kwh, and the total energy consumption to 786 million Btu. The project cost of energy then would be EC$ 94,012.30. Based on the projected energy use, the energy conservation opportunities (ECo's) contained in this report could save an estimated 242.7 million Btu or 30.8 percent of total energy consumption per annum.
