This manual is consequent to the Dominica Aid Bank's Board of Directors commissioning of an Organizational and Mangement study to assess whether the method of evaluating performance is providing the organisation with a continuing record of employees performance in relation to levels of performance attained. Due to the restraints of the performance appraisal and merit award system to stimulate improved performance and the subjectively of the criteria, KPMG Peat Marwick was commissioned to design an appropriate performance evaluation and merit system suitable for all members of staff.
