Welcome to the National Documentation Centre's Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC)
The Centre was first established in the Ministry of Finance and was later centralised and placed within the Ministry of Education under the Library and Information Service to contribute toward the improvement of the information infrastructure in Dominica. It was re-established as the National Documentation Centre and began operation from the Documentation Centre Building on March 15, 1990.
The National Documentation Centre collects, processes, stores, and makes accessible documents on:

- Social & Sustainable Development
Mission Statement
To select, acquire, organize, preserve and make available material in print and electronic formats to serve the recreational, informational and educational needs of the community, and to encourage people to develop an appreciation for reading and learning.
