This draft report prepared by Lindsay Hodder on Public Sector Reform in Dominica regarding Dominica's fiscal stabilisation process, sought to identify possible measure available and recommend to the Government a package of measures required to achieve stabilisation. An initial financial programming Eastern Caribbean Central Bank and the Caribbean Development Bank. This stabilisation process required substantial reductions in the total deficit for the year FY2001/02 which ended on 30th June 2002.
