This 6th actuarial and financial review of the Dominica Social Security as of December 1996 which reflects the financial situation of the DSS reveals a two-fold result. The evaluation shows that the DSS will be able to meet all its liabilities for the next 2 decades and that there is a need to take action to safeguard the future long term financial viability of the scheme. The report also outlined the recommendations made by the ILO. |
