This assessment evaluates the effectiveness and operational framework of human rights desks established in select Eastern Caribbean countries under the auspices of UNAID. The study examines the integration of human rights principles into national health policies, focusing on the rights of marginalized population including individuals with HIV/AIDS. Methodologies include qualitative interviews, policy analysis, and community feedback. Findings reveal both program and challenges in addressing discrimination stigma and access to healthcare services.
