The guidelines proposed are for the revision and improvement of CEPT's ability to analyse the preinvestment process for agricultural development, the strengthening of cooperation with program specialists, the improvement of ties with national institutions responsible for project identification and the provision of training for CEPI's technical staff. Areas of concentration are identification, selection of agricultural projects, analysis and development of methodologies for project preparation and evaluation and training in those areas. |
