The international structures and programmes of both entities were studied in detail. A proposal for reducing inequities in professional staff, compensation and the appointment of a personnel manager were among personal matters discussed. Audit report for 1985/86, the financial report as at 31 October 1987, annual report 1986/87 are presented.
