Provides summaries of presentations of educational programmes from government, NGO's religious, women and youth organisations. Also covers the Community Based Rehabilitation Programme (CBR) which focuses on persons with disabilities and human right programmes with the formal and informal sector.

Indicates that citizenship education is promoted universally across Guyana using various modes, strategies and conventions through direct, indirect, overt or covert means. States that insufficient knowledge sharing hinders cost-sharing and effective use of available resources. It outlines emerging issues on the way forward and presents participants perception of the way forward.
